Ebcollectionn – Handmade & Custom Kicks

All our products are custom-made to order. Because each item is unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Include photos of the issue. We will review your claim and provide either:

• A replacement at no extra cost, or

• A full refund.

Please note:

• Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or monitor settings.

• Orders canceled after production may not be eligible for a refund.
